Coach Crystal brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for athletics
to her coaching career, rooted in a lifelong dedication to sports and
leadership. Her journey began as an Illinois State champion in the 300m
hurdles running a 44.07, while being invited to the Midwest Senior all-star meet where she held the record of 1:02.64 in the 400 hurdles for Team Illinois for 24 years.

training. His career spans across various levels of competition, from youth
programs to collegiate athletics.

Coach David, was named Fairleigh Dickinson University's (FDU's) sixth full-time Director of Athletics on January 16, 2003, he brings 38 years of collegiate experience as a coach, administrator, and educator. Over his 16-year tenure, he enhanced the Knights’ athletic programs, achieving notable success including two women’s bowling National Championships and multiple conference titles across various sports.

Coach McKinney

Multi Events/Jumps

Coach Terrance McKinney brings a unique
skill set to the team. With over 10 years as
an AAU competitor and champion, he more than excelled in
events such as hurdles, high jump and triple jump, pentathlon, and the decathlon.
In high school, he was a state qualifier in the 110 hurdles, 300m hurdles,
4x400m relay, and high jump, setting a record in the 300m hurdles with a time
of 38.83 seconds.

Hurdles

At just 23 years old, Coach Kayla brings a youthful yet experienced
perspective to the Velocity Elite Track Club. Growing up in Jacksonville, FL,
Coach Kayla discovered a passion for track and field at the age of twelve. It was
not until her junior year of high school, however, that she truly began to hone
her skills and dedicate herself fully to the sport. After seven years of
rigorous training and competition, track and field became an integral part of
her life.
